These taste pretty good, too. The texture and taste aren't exactly gummy bears. I like that they're not too sweet actually. Still chewy, but not sticky. I use these in addition to another supplement with DHA and EPA just to make sure I'm getting enough. I think they provide reassurance for me. Idk if I'll see huge results I can talk about because I'm not deficient in Omegas, so I'm not really correcting a low level. But every vegan needs an Omega 3 supplement in addition to eating Omega 3 in their diet (walnuts, olive oil, canola oil, pecans, etc).
