Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in the United States!

Domestic shipping - FREE for US orders over $60. Otherwise, we charge a flat-rate fee of $7.99 for domestic orders, and a discounted rate of $4.99 for local customers in the state of Washington. 

How we ship orders sustainably

We ship every order using Sendle, a carbon-neutral shipping service, and all our packages are handled by USPS as USPS Priority Mail. Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days, and usually arrive within a week. The closer you are to us, the faster it should get to you! Once your order is shipped, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your Sendle tracking number and a link to the tracking page where you can find the estimated delivery date and current status of your package.

We ship 100% plastic-free and carbon neutral! We use recycled paper boxes and envelopes, paper stuffing, paper tape, and compostable paper shipping labels. Our shipping service, Sendle, offsets the emissions for every shipment, and you can learn more about their initiatives here. (Plus, if you use Shop Pay at checkout, your shipping emissions will be offset AGAIN!)

What to do if you've entered the wrong shipping address

If you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, please contact us immediately by responding to your shipping confirmation email (or email us at support@ecocollective.com from the email address used to place your order, with reference to your original order number). We will do our best to update the shipping address on your order before sending it to you.

If the order was already shipped...

Once the package has shipped, we are not able to reroute a mis-addressed package. The package is in the hands of USPS. You can track the status of your package through the Sendle tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

Sometimes, a package will be returned to us if USPS has run into an issue with the delivery (for example, some addresses are not recognized by USPS). If the package has been returned to us, we will do our best to contact you to get the correct shipping address and re-ship it. This process will cause significant delays.If the package has been marked as successfully delivered to the address you provided, we unfortunately cannot issue you a new package. You can file a missing package claim with Sendle through your tracking link, and contact USPS directly to see if anyone dropped off the mis-addressed package to the post office in the area it was delivered to. 

If you sent the package to your previous address and you currently have mail forwarding set up through USPS, it should get forwarded to your new address, since the package is USPS Priority Mail. We are not responsible for the mail forwarding process. Please contact USPS with any questions.

Missing package

Our packages are shipped using Sendle, a carbon neutral shipping service, and handled by USPS as USPS Priority Mail. Once we ship your order, it is no longer in our hands, but in the hands of USPS. Find and track your package on the Sendle tracking page, which you can find a link to in the shipping confirmation email for your order.

In the rare case that your package seems to be lost in transit, please file a missing parcel enquiry through the Sendle tracking page - Sendle will help you locate your package and will usually complete the lost parcel investigation within 5 days. If you completed the above process and your package was officially declared as "lost" by Sendle, contact us to let us know by responding to your shipping confirmation email, or email us at support@ecocollective.com from the email address used to place your order, with reference to your original order number and/or Sendle tracking code. We will file an insurance claim for your order through Sendle, and provide a refund or send you a new package if it is covered.

Store pickups

NOTICE: Our last in-store pickup date was Sunday, March 28th, 2021. 

On March 28th, we closed our brick-and-mortar storefront and shifted to 100% online sales. We are no longer offering local pickups, but do offer discounted $4.99 shipping for Washington residents.If you have an outstanding pick-up order placed prior to March 28th, please email us at support@ecocollective.com with your original order number and we will arrange to either ship your order or issue you a refund

Local delivery

NOTICE: Our last delivery date was Thursday, September 3rd, 2020. 

We discontinued our local delivery service, as we now have all products available to ship. We offer discounted $4.99 shipping to all Washington residents.
