Inquire Within Card Deck

53 hand-illustrated cards to inspire inner wisdom, growth, and connectedness.

Each card is a meaningful phrase, reminder, word, or prompt to help bring guidance and comfort to everyday life. Self-healing requires a willingness to explore deeply, to ask yourself questions – to inquire within.

A note from the designer,

"I hope you find joy in this project that was created in a slow & carefully meaningful way, and that the words and images inside serve as gentle reminders of the magic you already have in you. The contents of the cards were conjured over years of little journal entries of my own. I like to write down little words and reminders for myself, and one day I decided to go through my personal archives and come up with a deck of simple, loving words & illustrations to share with others. Each design is 100% hand-drawn in black ink in my window lit studio over the course of 8 months. This is a self-published card deck made in small batches."

Origin

Designed, printed, and assembled by Worthwhile Paper with love in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

Worthwhile Paper is a family-operated business by a wife-and-husband team. They pride themselves on using water-based screen printing inks and recycled white and kraft paper stocks from French Paper Company, a Michigan paper mill that operates on 100% hydropower.

Additionally, they like to use their resources wisely - ganging up cards on larger-sized sheets to save energy and materials, using leftover ink from other jobs to make new inks, using leftover scrap paper to make their promotional materials, re-using cardboard boxes from the shop's shipments, etc.

End of Life

These cards are designed to be used again and again. They still work fine even if you lose a few cards, and they can also be hung up as artwork. If you really want to, you can recycle them.
